No Bail ICE (Immigration Customs Enforcement) Hold

In some cases there is a no bail ICE (Immigration Customs Enforcement) hold placed on a non-citizen when they are in custody. Often if there is a criminal charge and the person is due to be released, but is not released, but rather is transported to another facility. If there is such a hold, then there will typically not be a bail option. However, in some cases there is bail available.

Unlike criminal cases there is no public defender for removal hearings. There may be defense to removal – call my office. The consultation for a removal hearing is free. I can interview the detainee for a reasonable fee to discover any defenses. If you must fight and win, you must have a good lawyer.
